You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine. Proof of age will be required upon receiving your shipment.
Wine shipments are regulated by the federal government as well as state. Due to each state having it's own rules regarding direct wine shipments, Amedeo Cellars may not ship to all states. If you live in a state that does not permit direct wine shipments, or if Amedeo Cellars is not yet licensed to sell wine in your state, your credit card will not be charged and you will be notified immediately.
Amedeo Cellars reserves the right to hold shipments due to extreme weather. You will be notified if this happens.
Amedeo Cellars can not be responsible for wine not signed for at time of shipment, or for returned wine. Additional charges will apply.
When you provide the artwork for your private label wine, you attest to owning the work and/or there is no copyright infringement.
If you request that a corporate logo be included in a label that we design, we require that a release be signed by a corporate officer and sent in along with your order.
